Report 2.0 examines the three DASBE thematic areas of Energy Efficiency, Circular Economy and Digitalisation in terms of policies and trends, current training provision, industry needs, cross cutting themes and a review of the current opportunities and gaps. The report concludes with several recommendations that identify areas where there is a need and potential to develop education and training programmes that will address the industry skills shortages and gaps identified.
