Programme Overview

This course trains you to be a Home Performance Index Assessor. The Home Performance Index (HPI) is Ireland’s first national quality and sustainability assessment system for new housing. The HPI is based on five verifiable categories: Environment, Economic, Health and Well being, Quality Assurance and Sustainable Location.
